The subject property is legally described as Lot 3, Block 28, Pasadena Estates Sec C, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 48, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. 29-31-16-67050-028-0030. Variance Request: To reduce the required separation between the accessory and primary structure by 2 feet from 12 feet to 10 feet to allow for the construction of a 16-foot by 22-foot detached garage.
3.b) V26-06: Kimberly Loranger (Owner) 1625 55th Street South, Gulfport, Florida 33707.
