3.a) V26-01: Robin Futch and Jennifer Gould (Owner), Stuart Andrews (Agent) 5114 29th Avenue South, Gulfport, Florida 33707. The subject property is legally described as Torre's Addition Subdivision of Lot 5, Block 3, West 80 feet of Lot 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as Recorded in the Plat Book D-S, Pages 276, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. 33/31/16/91188/003/0020 Variance Request: To reduce the rear yard setback requirement by 2.26 feet, from 25 feet to 22.74 feet, to allow for the continued construction of a new addition to the rear of the 1950's house.
3.b) V26-02: Matthew and Allison Carr (Owner), 1701 56th Street South, Gulfport, Florida 33707.
