8.a) Resolution No. 2026-10: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to approve the Payout of the Gulfport Lions' Club, Inc. lease as set forth in paragraph five (5) of the lease agreement upon termination or non-renewal.

8.b) Resolution No. 2026-22: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with ADS Services, Inc. for asbestos abatement services; authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with AAA Service Company for demolition of the building located at 4630 Tifton Drive South.

8.c) Resolution No. 2026-23: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue payment to C.A.P. Government, Inc., a Bureau Veritas Company, for managed services model for plan review and inspections for the period of October 2025 through March 2026 and the accompanying budget amendment.

8.d) Resolution No. 2026-24: A Resolution approving the VETSports Monthly Beach GVT Volleyball Series event application; authorizing the temporary suspension of certain provisions of the Code of Ordinances and applicable City policies for the duration of the events; and establishing responsibilities and conditions associated therewith.

8.e) Resolution No. 2026-25: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a scope of services agreement with Peggy Mathews Environmental Consulting for Phase I project management services for the Gulfport Mooring Field Expansion Project.

8.f) Resolution No. 2026-26: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with SurvTech Solutions, Inc. for a Multi-Beam Bathymetric and SSL Easement Survey as part of the Gulfport Mooring Field Expansion Project.

8.g) Resolution No. 2026-27: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to to enter into a contract with Environmental Consultants of Florida for a Benthic Resource Survey as part of the Gulfport Mooring Field Expansion Project.
