8.a) Resolution No. 2026-08: A Resolution amending fees for the Department of Leisure Services in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Code of Ordinances; providing for the adoption of a Fee Schedule for the 2026 Children's Summer Recreation Program.

8.b) Resolution No. 2026-09: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Colt Services, LLC. for the installation of potable water insert valves associated with the 58th Street Roadway Improvement Project.

8.c) Resolution No. 2026-10: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to approve the Payout of the Gulfport Lions' Club, Inc. lease as set forth in paragraph five (5) of the lease agreement upon termination or non-renewal.
