8.a) Resolution No. 2026-04: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager (and where applicable the Mayor) to enter into a Loan Agreement with the FEMA - Community Disaster Loan (CDL) Program in support of the City's operations and Hurricane recovery efforts.

8.b) Resolution No. 2026-05: A Resolution approving application C25-02: A Conditional Use Application for a Church, including related education and training facilities and providing for conditions.

9.a) Discussion Item: Lighting Draft Ordinance Staff has prepared a draft Ordinance for City Council to review. Direction should be given to staff on whether Council would like to see changes made before bringing the item to a future agenda for a roll call vote.

9.c) Discussion Item: Inclusivity Staff has prepared a draft Ordinance for City Council to review. Direction should be given to staff on whether Council would like to see changes made before bringing the item to a future agenda for a roll call vote.

9.d) Discussion Item: Considerations for Downtown Area. Mayor Love will lead a discussion regarding the findings from past Town Halls such as Gulfport on the Edge and Gulfport 2050 to determine considerations for the Downtown Gulfport Area.
