7.c) Resolution No. 2025-92: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to purchase and install of a 20'x20' steel shelter at Veteran's Memorial Park; providing for funding from the Armed Forces Families Foundation donation.

8.a) Ordinance 2025-02: Second Reading - An Ordinance of the City of Gulfport, Florida, Amending the City of Gulfport Comprehensive Plan, pursuant to the evaluation and appraisal process of Section 163.3191, Florida Statutes, and the amendment process of Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, adopting new goals, objectives, and policies, and maps as presented herein below; Providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

9) Resolutions

9.a) Resolution No. 2025-93: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Burgess Civil, LLC for the Gulfport Beach Restoration.

9.b) Resolution No. 2025-94: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to renew the Agreement with Shumaker Advisors, Florida, LLC for State Legislative Consultant Advisory (lobbying) Services and government relations services before the Florida Executive and Legislative branches of state government as budgeted for in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Approved Budget.

9.c) Resolution No. 2025-95: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to re-enter into a contract with Thorn Run Partners for Federal Legislative Consultant and Advisory (Lobbying) Services.

9.d) Resolution No. 2025-96: A Resolution an increase to the Senior Center Non-Resident Annual Membership Fee in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Code of Ordinances.
